You just go ahead and play your sportswriter role, although I understand it.
It's a heck of a lot more fun watching the Lions come back at the end of the games than watching them self-destruct with penalties and getting losses at the end of the games!
I'm normally an objective fan but this season is looking a lot better as we are playing with an injured 2nd QB and a 3rd QB and many key injuries on defense, although that's the name of the game.
Pat, It's very interesting listening to all the so-called experts on talk radio saying that this end of season wins mean nothing, Rodgers out half the game, TB with loser Henne, Minny with no Farve.
Bullcrap.
This defensive line is good and will get better.
I'm really baffled as to how the Detroit Tigers fans are so subjective and optimistic and the Detroit Lions fans can see nothing good.
In the short time I've been here, I am dumbfounded as to how much the fans see the glass half full with the Tigers.
I think the Lions are building a foundation (defense) that leads to a turnaround. And seriously, I don't see the Tigers winning more than 85 games this next season. Too many weaknesses over a long season.
