- Baltimore at
Denver: Peyton Manning is one of the football’s all-time great players, and
definitely keyed the Broncos’ climb to NFL elite status, but it is often
forgotten Denver won a playoff game last year with throwing-challenged Tim Tebow
at quarterback. Why? Defense. This time that defense could carry the Broncos to
the Super Bowl. It will be the difference in this game. Denver 28, Baltimore
14.

Aaron Rodgers: Is he the best player in the NFL? |
Seattle at Atlanta: The Falcons, traditionally, have been two different teams at home and on the road. The fact the Falcons have home field advantage is huge in this game. They have solid defense and an exceptionally balanced offense with quarterback Matt Ryan being able to choose between Roddy White, Julio Jones and Tony Gonzalez. Marshawn Lynch and the Seahawks will put up a good fight, but… Atlanta 27, Seattle 24
Houston at New England: The Texans, after playing brilliant football early this season, have just been getting by lately. The Texans were fortunate to beat Cincinnati at home Saturday. Tom Brady has the Patriots rolling. New England’s defense, led by middle linebacker Jarod Mayo, is much improved. So is the running game. New England 34, Houston 24
