Pat. You're assuming everybody cares about the Tigers. A lot of us don't. I haven't been to a game in years nor do I watch them on TV anymore, and I don't miss it one bit. Last time I looked they had one above average pitcher, one above average position player, and a sub .500 career manager. However, if you can get that manager to laugh, I'll go buy a ticket. Deal or no deal?
Caputo, Good for the 2.5 to 3 mill, but that's deceiving. Factor in the season ticket holders, the die-hards, and the promotions, do the math, and the real number of interested people shrinks dramatically. Sure, some people care. But most don't.
